The Foral Community of Navarra has launched a new call for Program 4 of Aid for actions to improve energy efficiency in homes. Below we tell you everything.
The Foral Community of Navarra has already launched several aid programs with Next Generation funds from the European Union. In this post we talk about programs 3 and 4, aimed at subsidizing actions to improve energy efficiency in both buildings and homes. In addition, Navarra has also activated Program 5 to help prepare the book of existing buildings for rehabilitation and the drafting of rehabilitation projects.

Aid recipients:
As in most aid programs of this type, you can benefit from:
The owners or usufructuaries of single-family homes isolated or grouped in a row and of existing buildings of residential type for collective housing.
Public administrations
The communities of owners
The tenant or concessionaire companies of the buildings
Eligible actions:
Those actions carried out in buildings for residential use that are jointly achieved will be eligible for subsidies:
A reduction of at least 45% in the non-renewable primary energy consumption indicator, referred to the energy certification.
And a reduction in the overall annual energy demand for heating and cooling of the single-family home or building, according to the climatic classification of the Technical Building Code, of at least: Climatic Zones D and E: 35% and Climatic Zone C : 25%
Actions that improve the thermal envelope of the building are also eligible , such as replacing old windows with new high-performance ones, provided that the requirements of the Technical Building Code are met.
