Inefficiencies should not be digitized and in this sense the analysis of continuous improvement and standardization of processes must be the pillar on which the implementation of 4.0 Technologies is based. And from the point of view of the study methodology, I would highlight the involvement and kindness of the tutor throughout the course follow-up. As the completion of the Master has coincided with the pandemic period that we have had to live through, their work has allowed me to better organize my time. The teaching team is made up of active professionals in the sector.
